Return Policy:
You have the right to return/exchange any products purchased from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. From here we can offer an exchange with equal value or we can refund your order through your credit card or original method of payment, and you will receive a refund within a certain amount of days.

What movement are your watches?
All of our watches are made with a Swiss Made Movement either from Ronda or Sellita. Ronda is a Swiss manufacturer of quartz and mechanical movements.A Swiss-made movement means that the movement has been assembled in Switzerland and; the components of Swiss manufacture account for at least 60 percent of the total value.
Are your watches waterproof?
Yes! All of our watches are made with 5 ATM (50 Meters) or 10 ATM (100 Meters) water resistance.We do not recommend swimming with the 5 ATM watches. They are made to handle any everyday activity (Washing your hands and Rain).
* Our warranty does not cover water damage.
What type of leather do you use?
Our quartz watches use Full-Grain Italian Leather. Full-Grain leather is considered the highest quality of leather on the market.
Full-Grain Italian Leather is made of cowhide.
Full-Grain is the most resistant and strongest leather.
Our automatic watches uses Real Cow Leather which is known for its durability and quality.
What type of Glass do you use?
All of our watches use Sapphire Crystal Glass. Sapphire crystal glass is a synthetically produced crystal second to a diamond in hardness.Sapphire Crystal has a scratch resistance rating of 9 out of 10 Mohs mineral hardness scale.
What is the two-year watch warranty?
Munster & Co. gives a limited two-year warranty to all of our watches. This warranty only protects manufacturer defects with the watch. Examples are: if the watch parts or mechanics are not working properly, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. This warranty does not cover any damage done to the watch by your own cause.
